Carrot Beans Poriyal
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 red chilli
- 1/2 tsp hing
- 1/4 cup carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup beans chopped
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 red chilli, 1/2 tsp hing and fry it well.
- Add 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup beans, salt and cook in medium for 6-7 mins until the raw smell goes away.
- Add 1 tbsp of coconut and give it a stir.
- Cook in Medium flame for 2-3 mins. It is done.
