This plate requires not much of chopping work and hardly took 30 mins to get this plate up. Comes in handy for busy days 😁
On my plate –
- Millets Beetroot Peas Pulao,
- Pepper egg fry
- Hung curd
I tried the same pulao recipe with millets instead of rice and it tasted yum 😁 I used millets with 1:3 water ratio and pressure cooked it in medium flame for 15 mins and let the pressure out naturally.
