Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup beans chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 red chilli, 1/2 tsp hing and fry it well.
  • Add 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup beans, salt and cook in medium for 6-7 mins until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add 1 tbsp of coconut and give it a stir.
  • Cook in Medium flame for 2-3 mins. It is done.
