Mint-Cilantro Yogurt Chutney

A refreshing and tangy chutney which would go well along with the appetizers. 

I have paired with tandoori cauliflower in this picture.

Mint - Cilantro Yogurt Chutney

Refreshing chutney to go along side spicy appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer, add 1/4 cup of mint, 1/4 cup of cilantro, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 garlic clove, salt and give it a blend.
  • Next add, 1/2 cup of yogurt and blend it.
  • It is done.
