On my plate ( with recipe links )

  1. White rice
  2. Chow chow kootu
  3. Tandoori cauliflower

I tried the baked version, where I followed the same procedure as the recipe, just that baked it 200″C for 20 mins in a pre-heated oven.

You can very much follow the stove top version as the original recipe as well 🙂
