Mint Semmiya

- 1 cup semmiya
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 onion big sized, chopped
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 1 green chilli slit
Boil 2 cups water and then soak the 1 cup semmiya for 5 mins. And drain the water out.
Saute 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 big onion, bunch of mint leaves, 1 green chilli and salt until well cooked.
Let it cool and grind the mix.
Temper 1 tsp oil and add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp peanut and saute till the peanuts get fried.
Add semmiya, pudhina mix to the tempering and give it a stir. It is done.
