- 1 carrot medium sized, grated
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- salt
Grate the carrot and keep it ready.
Mix 3 tbsp curd, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and salt along with carrots. It is done.
- You can add extra water if you want your raita to be watery.
