- 1 tsp oil
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 onion medium sized, chopped
- 5-6 button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- salt
Saute 1 tsp oil, 1 spring of curry leaves and 1 chopped onion and fry onions get brown ( they should be in crunchy stage)
Add 5-6 sliced button mushrooms next and saute for a minute.
Add 1 tsp pepper powder and salt and saute it in low flame for 3-4 mins. It is done.
- Don't add water for this dish as mushroom releases water.
