Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 spring curry leaves
  • 1 onion medium sized, chopped
  • 5-6 button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Saute 1 tsp oil, 1 spring of curry leaves and 1 chopped onion and fry onions get brown ( they should be in crunchy stage)
  • Add 5-6 sliced button mushrooms next and saute for a minute.
  •  Add 1 tsp pepper powder and salt and saute it in low flame for 3-4 mins. It is done.

Notes

  1. Don't add water for this dish as mushroom releases water.
