Carrot Sauce Pasta
Yummy pasta soaked in juicy carrot sauce

For Carrot Sauce
- 3 carrots
- 7 shallots can use 1 medium onion as well
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
For Pasta
- 1 cup pasta
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/4 cup Peas
For Carrot Sauce
Pressure cooked 3 carrots, 7 shallots, 7 garlic cloves along with pepper, oregano, olive oil and salt along with 3/4 cup of water for 2 whistles
Grind the mix once cool.
For Pasta
Pressure cook 1 cup of pasta with 3 cups water and 1 tsp oil for 2 whistles.
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, and then 1/4 cup peas. And fry them till it gets cooked.
Next add pasta and enough carrot sauce and mix them well.
Garnish with grated cheese. Done !
