Rava Panniyaram

- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 tbsp jeera
- 2 tbsp carrot grated
- 2 tbsp onion chopped finely
- 1 spring curry leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Mixed 1/2 cup semolina with 1 tbsp jeera, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 spring chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, salt and water.
Keep the mix for 15 mins in rest
In panniyaram pan, add 1 tsp oil, pour the batter equally in all the sides.
Cook for 10-12 min in medium flame until it is roasted on both the sides. It is done.
