- 3 small onions sliced
- 2 small onions chopped finely
- 2 tbsp carrot grated
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped finely
- 2 ladle dosa batter
- 1/4 tsp ghee
Get all the ingredients ready.
In a hot tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter, firstly arranged the sliced onions, then sprinkle the chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped chillies and coriander leaves over it.
Once the bottom side looks cooked, turn over, and pour a 1/4 tsp of ghee on the sides of the uthappam.
Cook over 6-7 mins in medium flame until the onions are well caramelized and the other side is well roasted. It is done.
