Ingredients

  • 3 small onions sliced
  • 2 small onions chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp carrot grated
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped finely
  • 2 ladle dosa batter
  • 1/4 tsp ghee

Instructions
 

  • Get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a hot tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter, firstly arranged the sliced onions, then sprinkle the chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped chillies and coriander leaves over it.
  • Once the bottom side looks cooked, turn over, and pour a 1/4 tsp of ghee on the sides of the uthappam.
  • Cook over 6-7 mins in medium flame until the onions are well caramelized and the other side is well roasted. It is done.
