I was looking for a quick snacking option and came across this easy recipe. This sandwich tastes really refreshing with a punchy flavor of pepper mixed with the cheese spread. Hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare this out.
Cucumber Carrot Sandwich
- 1/4 cup cucumber deseeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot grated
- 2 tbsp cheese spread
- 4 bread slices
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Mix the deseeded & chopped cucumber, grated carrot, cheese spread, pepper powder in a bowl
- Cut out the bread edges and spread the mix between two bread slices. It is done.
- You can keep the skin of cucumber, but remove the seeds as it will be make the sandwich watery.
