A perfect Mini South-Indian meal with good amount of portion control.

On my plate ( with recipe links )

  1. Poondu Kuzhambu
  2. Potato Curry – In this version, I cooked without adding the onions.
  3. Beans Paruppu Ussili
  4. Millets ( cooked in open-pot method with 1:3 ratio of millets:water in low flame )

You can substitute the veggie curries from any of the options available here 🙂
