This South Indian menu consists of a simple thali 

  1. White Rice
  2. Mor Kuzhambu
  3. Potato Coin Fry

You can add substitutes in mor kuzhambu recipe from simple fried ladies finger, to pakodas depending on the time you have to whip up your meal 🙂

You can also choose other curry recipes to go along with the dish.

You can also make this a North Indian platter by simply substituting rice with phulkas or chapathis.
