I love it when I have an healthy as well as a delicious lunch platter and one such plate is this. I always increase my kootu proportion and decrease the rice/millets proportion and it easily helps to balance my diet 😀 

On my plate, with recipe links –

  1. Millets
  2. Keerai Kootu
  3. Potato curry

You can pair this combo with any other kootu varieties along with a wholesome options of curry/fry recipes. My personal favorite would be to pair this with tandoori cauliflower 😀
