Carrot Raita

Healthy accompaniment out of carrot for briyani and pulao

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot medium sized, grated
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Grate the carrot and keep it ready.
  • Mix 3 tbsp curd, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and salt along with carrots. It is done.

Notes

  1. You can add extra water if you want your raita to be watery.
