A wholesome meal comprising of a one-pot millets sambar paired with potato curry.

This can be easily made on a busy day. Pre-cook toor dal the before day and it would reduce the millets cooking time.
You can also pair this millets sambar with any of the curry recipes of your choice 🙂 My other personal favorites to go along with this would be tandoori cauliflower , potato coin fry and ladies finger fry.
