A very simple smoothie whichcomes with a bucket load of benefits.
1. 🍊Tangerines which are very similar to oranges are rich in Vitamin C providing rich antioxidants for the body.
2. 🍊Tangerines helps in improving overall digestion with its high fibre content
3. 🌴 Dates are again good source of antioxidants and helps in maintaining the blood sugar level.
4. 🌴 Dates contain brain booster which is associated with better memory and learning
5. 🌱 Sesame seeds are a good source of healthy fats, protein, B vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and other beneficial plant compounds which may aid blood sugar control, combat arthritis pain, and lower cholesterol.
You can use oranges as well instead of tangerine for this smoothie.
