An ideal breakfast/dinner with a twist from regular dosa and chutneys.

  1. Onion Uthappam
  2. Ash Gourd Peel Chutney

You can also make ash gourd thogayal with the same recipe and have it with rice for your lunch 😉 Both the meals would be sorted.

You can pair the uthappam with tiffin sambar / chutney varieties available as well.
